  • Taxes are included in the product prices
  • Shipping fees are extra and will be calculated at checkout

5. Processing & Delivery Times

  • Processing time: 1–5 business days
  • Shipping time (USA & Canada): 3–9 business days
  • Total estimated delivery time: 4–14 days
  • Average delivery: 7–8 days

6. All Sales Are Final

Each product is custom-made just for you.
No refunds.
Exchanges only for damaged items.
Return the damaged item first—we’ll ship your replacement at no extra cost.

7. Damaged Item Returns

To return a damaged item:

  1. Email us a description and photos of the damage
  2. Wait for your Return Authorization Number (RA#)
  3. Only authorized returns will be accepted

Processing takes 1–5 days. Shipping in the U.S. and Canada takes 3–9 days, so orders may arrive within 4–14 days. Most orders arrive in 7–8 days.

8. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We only offer exchanges for damaged items. If something arrives damaged, email us with photos, and we’ll send you a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Once we receive the damaged product, we’ll send a replacement at no cost.

9. Tools & Third-Party Services

We may offer tools or services from third parties. We’re not responsible for how they work. Use them at your own risk and read their terms before using them.

10. User Comments & Feedback
